With all the anxiety of buying the house, Mike and I have decided to take the kids and get away for a couple of days. It should do us all well.
We are heading down to Southern Virginia to visit cousin Larry and his family. They live on an absolutely beautiful piece of property, Larry is a tree farmer. Mike and Jake will do a little hunting, the girls will enjoy the pool (yes, still open and nice enough to swim in October) and of course I'll do some knitting.
